Yep. The cattle stampeded today after a cattle run scene got a little out of hand. Nobody was hurt, but a few of the actors may have been called pussies for not being better horse riders.

There were also gunfire special effects, but only cans were harmed...so it was lame.

The highlight of today was exactly what the title implies: chicken wrangling. That's right. I had to corner and capture chickens for a scene today. Can I just say for the record that chickens are absolutely terrifying when they run directly at you? Your wits dribble out your ear, and your dignity's all like, "Peace out, playa."

I can say that chickens are surprisingly heavy. And terrifying. Did I mention that already?

Other than porn industry steer, the day went pretty well. The crew is just as easy to work with as ever, and I get to make fun of people with relative immunity because I know them. Ah, bliss...
