Scary Go Round
Scary Go Round
I don't know if I've mentioned it, but I've been reading a webcomic called Scary Go Round lately (like the past few days), and it's all that and two bags o' chips ('cuz the art's real purdy). It's got the "South Park" art style with eleventy billion times the sophistication and great characters ta boot...and zombies...and killer, sentient gases...and stuff. Read it. Love it.

April 5, 2005 | Denver -- Hunter S. Thompson's ashes will be blasted from a cannon mounted inside a 53-foot-high sculpture of the journalist's "gonzo fist" emblem, his wife said Tuesday.
The cannon shot, planned sometime in August on the grounds of his Aspen-area home, will fulfill the writer's long-cherished wish.
"It's expensive, but worth every penny," Anita Thompson said. "I'd like to have several explosions. He loved explosions."
-Just thought you'd find that amusing.
Jesus God. That man gets to me even post-mortem. I think the best part is the quote. I'll say it's worth every penny! But then, who in their right mind doesn't love explosions?

"But then, who in their right mind doesn't love explosions?"
There are so many wrong answers to that question.
I'll tell you a right answer...Communists. Those left-wing bastards hate the smell of gun powder and the feel of fire and shrapnel whipping past their faces. (Molotov cocktails are clearly an exception.)
Wait. Are you saying you don't like a good explosion, Eric? I'm talking the good kind of explosion. No one gets hurt. Just blowing shit up for the sake of it. No? This is something that concerns me deeply. Yes? Explosions? No...?

I know! Isn't it totally rad? I think so, too.
