Starting off the new year right

I hope everyone had as much fun at their respective New Year's parties as I had at mine. We had baby orange fights. I discovered that Donkey Konga 2 is quite possibly the greatest game ever made. My friend Josh spiked a coconut on the concrete kitchen floor, shooting coconut bits across the apartment. (His girlfriend had unsuccessfully tried to pry it open with a corkscrew before Josh worked his magic.) Josh threw out his arm spiking the coconut. While he laid on the couch as his girlfriend and others tried to coax him to bed, I may have--and I'm not admitting anything for sure--I may have...tooted...on his head.

You may bring up the issue of maturity, but I laughed several times out loud just thinking about it over the course of today. I'm chuckling about it as I write this, in fact. God help me, I'm chuckling.

I hope everyone has that one thing they'll take away from the start of the new year that they'll remember fondly. Perhaps something less flatulent.
