You'd think I'd learn

I'm going to admit a sad fact; I think I'm addicted to drunk emails. It's a lot like drunk purchases. Surprises are nice every now and then, even if they mean you spend the last of your money or you do something that you regret the next morning. It's almost like playing a practical joke on yourself. There's really nothing like digging myself in a hole to keep things interesting.

Seconds (This Frankenheimer movie reminds me of reading The Trial by Kafka. Now, I'm not what anyone might call "able to read or write", but The Trial blew my socks off, and I was wearing some damn thick socks when I was reading that novel. For some reason I'm really attracted to that slightly skewed view of reality. So it goes.)
