EARTHQUAKE!

EARTHQUAKE!

Just had my first experience with an earthquake this morning. It was very...gentle. Think of the scene in The Blues Brothers when the subway passes outside Elwood's apartment. It was about a quarter of that in scale and two seconds in duration. But still...scratch that natural phenomenon off the list.

hey drew. i haven't been on your webpage in a while, so when i went on it..um, just now, i was happy to see all the pretty pictures and stuff...
so what other natural disasters do you have yet to experience? i tell ya, nothing beats a desert sandstorm..or talking to two hardline Republican parents while drunk at cowboy monkey (yeah, the very intoxicated mom was definitely trying to get random people to vote bush..pretty entertaining).
have fun drew-amy.

The funny part is if you would've stayed in Champaign this summer you also could have scratched that off your list. I was reading a book on the couch real late some night and the earth shook. It was weird. Turns out there was a really small earthquake centered around... Peoria I think? Either way, it was felt here in Chambana.
